BD Projects was founded by Joe Dema in April 2001 and over the past nine years has established a reputation amongst both Architects and clients for soundly constructed, professionally managed, and well finished, detailed projects.

After completing a Building and Construction Management Degree at RMIT in 1991, Joe worked in both the commercial and domestic sectors as Project Manager with cdk Tectonic and Mackie and Staff prior to BD Projects. A cofounder and now sole director of BD Projects, Joe has experience in running jobs ranging in value from $50,000.00 to $16,000,000.00.

In just the first two years, BD Projects Pty Ltd grew from a company which handled one project at a time built entirely by the directors to one which now employs a core labour force of ten people and can efficiently run five projects concurrent.

BD Projects encourages the staff to participate in each level of a project from preplanning to completion. Their communication, innovation, and conscientiousness are fundamental to delivering our clients expectations.
